  Disappointing doesn't even come close.
  
  This place obviously couldn't 'run a bath'.
  After visiting and speaking with someone about flowers for an engagement party I was told I would receive a quote. Nothing heard. I contacted them again and spoke to a rude man who seemed angry that I was still interested to see a quote and again nothing heard or received. This time it turns out I actually spoke to the person responsible for the quotes and he insisted he would have it to be by tomorrow... again... nothing heard. So after waiting another week or so I called again and spoke to the same person (who didn't realise he had already spoken to me previously) and he told me it was someone else's fault and that he would send it right away... again... nothing heard.
  
  Incredible really. It appears this is not a strong part of their business and my advice to anyone looking for flowers at an event would be to steer clear.
